The ongoing professional development of our staff is a key part of our improvement offer. 

All staff have access to a wide range of high quality training delivered both by the Trust, and some of our external partners.

 Staff CPD Library - ongoing, book library resource

We have a wide range of Books and other resources available for staff to loan. These are stored in the NCLT conference room and can be browsed at any time, as long as  the room is available.

Staff Every Training Programme - ongoing, online

All staff have access to a full training package on health and safety, equality and diversity and safeguarding.
