Background: Born and raised in Australia, as part of a working class family, education has given me the opportunity to succeed and live a fulfilling life. After I obtained a BEd (Secondary Mathematics), I taught in Australia for four years before moving to teach maths in London schools. |

Wider Experience/Qualifications: I joined the Mossbourne Federation, where I was mentored by and succeeded Sir Michael Wilshaw as Principal of Mossbourne Community Academy. I now serve as CEO of the Mossbourne Federation and have since grown and cemented it as one of the top performing institutions in the country; delivering the best learning experiences and opportunities to the children of Hackney. I am a lifelong learner and, most recently, completed an MBA from Saïd Business School. I am also the Founder and CEO of Progress Teaching, where I developed the platform in response to my own experience of ‘on the ground’ challenges faced by Senior Leadership Teams and Teachers. We work with many schools to provide them with the same teacher development and data insight that we use at the Mossbourne Federation. |

I work tirelessly to do my part in ensuring future generations receive the best educational experiences and I volunteer my services to help realise this at NCLT. |
