Martin is a barrister specialising in employment, discrimination, commercial and sports law at Littleton Chambers in London.
He has extensive experience in the education sector and advising how the law governs the relationship between government/education bodies and individuals working as lecturers and teachers.
He represents local authorities, governing bodies, education professionals and their trade unions. He has served as trustee of a charity and has written on the history of charity law trusteeships. He is passionate about the value of education to people’s lives and society generally. In particular, he is a committed advocate as to how education can change perspectives for the better and enhance opportunities at any stage in a person’s life from early years to much later on. When he is not in Court, he likes to be in Dorset.
