Trust Estates and Facilities Manager

Dean is originally from Hampshire; He began his career as a carpenter and quickly moved on to Construction Site Management and Estates Management, working in Central London for private clients on multi-million pound projects. Dean then moved to the East Midlands to work for a privately owned hotel and outdoor theatre as the Estates Manager and then onto a local authority role before relocating to north Cornwall and taking a role as the Estates Manager for a national childcare provider for two years before taking the role at NCLT in February 2021. Dean has set goals to make the trust offset carbon neutral by 2023 and develop each site in the trust to create an outstanding environment for pupils and staff.
