Strategic Plan
Trust Improvement Planning.
The Trust has identified areas of improvement based on it's 12 aims. For each aim, we have targeted key activities that will further these aims for both pupils and staff.
The Trust Board have prioritised spending in these areas for the coming year, in order to ensure that we are able to deliver our vision.
